We regularly act for an array of landowners in promoting land through the Local Plan process resulting in some land becoming preferred options and allocated for future development.

Coupled with the above we also reach agreement with landowners to promote, obtain planning consent, procure a purchaser and complete the transaction on a risk basis, whereby we fund all costs in return for a % of the land value received by the landowner.
