The Planning Group Ltd have work with Woodberry Day Nurseries Ltd for over 10 years and have undertaken many projects on their various properties ranging from pre-acquisition site advice, designing new build projects and obtaining planning consent. The Planning Group Ltd have commissioned the detailed design and drawing work and appointed external consultants to support the applications e.g. ecology, noise and transport assessments.
The Planning Group Ltd has also worked on existing properties by way of procuring planning consent for extensions, variation of children numbers and hours of operation, some of these applications have had to be finally determined by the Planning Inspectorate due to the LPAs refusing.
Shane Beauchamp, owner/director of Woodberry Day Nurseries Ltd states:-
“I have now worked with The Planning Group on several projects. Each project we have obtained the desired planning approvals and proceeded with the project to completion. These have included two sites requiring change of use, demolition and new build day nurseries. There has always been a clear path set out, making the process seem more manageable in stages. I am looking forward to working with The Planning Group in the near future on our next project. I have no hesitation in recommending them….”
