If you have undertaken works or changed the use of your property without the benefit of planning permission you can be subject to Enforcement Action by your Local Authority, if the work/change of use has been insitu for several years, we will be able to apply on your behalf for a Certificate of Lawful Development (CLD) or Use (CLU), subject to criteria.

This process is also available where Local Authorities have issued an Article 4 Directions removing permitted development rights.
