I had purchased some land near Wem in Shropshire and wanted to build my own stables and arena.  The Planning Group Limited were recommended to me by a horse-riding friend as she knew they were great at planning and had horses too.

I instructed them and together we developed plans and produced a layout. The process was not straight forward – I had a high-pressure gas main, important oak trees and a couple of vociferous objectors to deal with.  The Council raised some issues, however the Planning Group expertly and robustly dealt with all the queries and worked with the Council to ensure that I got my planning for my now fantastic stables and soon to be built, new arena.
