The Planning Group Ltd were commissioned to provide pre-acquisition advice and to design and procure planning consent for the “erection of part two/part single storey building to accommodate a nursery for a maximum of 65 children including outside play area together with formation of car park, provision of boundary treatment and landscaping and alterations to existing pedestrian and vehicular accesses following demolition of existing bungalow”.

Planning consent was granted and our client successfully built the scheme and operated from the site.
